Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregivers Support Group The Alzheimer's & Dementia Caregivers Support Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month immediately following worship in Room 202 in the Education Wing. Anyone who is caring for someone with Alzheimer's or dementia, or who has concerns about a loved one who may be exhibiting signs of dementia is invited to attend. Please come with questions and concerns, and be assured you will be welcomed and your concerns handled with confidentiality and love. Questions beforehand? Centering Prayer Group - Wednesdays, 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm in Parlor An ecumenical group sharing a time of welcome, music to quiet the mind, silence (20 minutes), music to mark the end of contemplation, and praying the Lord's Prayer. All who wish to seek God in a time of silence are welcome.
Commu-KNIT-y of Faith - 4th Wednesday, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm in Library If you knit even a bit and want a prayerful fellowship, this group could be the community for you.
Contemporary Literature and the Life of Faith - 2nd Saturday, 9:00 am to 11:00 am in Library Using the book Faith Stories: Short Fiction on the Varieties and Vagaries of Faith, this group discusses the diverse world of faith in all its guises. Come once or often.
Disciple Bible Study - Thursdays, 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the Conference Room.Participants complete homework to prepare themselves for in-depth Bible study using various Disciple or Faith Lessons DVD series.
Quilt Fellowship - 3rd Monday of the month, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in Social Hall All skill levels are welcome. The goal of Quilt Fellowship is to serve the church through the quilts that are made. Many are given to families moving into Habitat for Humanity homes built in Lake County.
