The Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregivers Support Group at First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville now has a professional group facilitator, Diane Cinnick. Cinnick is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Cinnick Counseling Services in Lake County, whose practice is geared to the needs of caregivers. She has experience in leading Alzheimer’s Association support groups for caregivers of people with dementia. Cinnick holds a master’s degree in community counseling. The church’s monthly support group is free and offers compassionate conversation and prayer. It is open only to current caregivers for a loved one with dementia, even if not living with that person. Church membership is not required. The group meets on the second Sunday of each month at 11:15 a.m. No registration is required. For more information, contact Michelle Groenke

Quilt Fellowship - 3rd Monday of the month, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in Social HallAll skill levels are welcome. The goal of Quilt Fellowship is to serve the church through the quilts that are made. Many are given to families moving into Habitat for Humanity homes built in Lake County.
